are not entirely pleased with your order, our return and refund policy is designed to be
straightforward and transparent.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags, packaging, and authenticity cards intact.
- Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return
- To request a return, please contact us at support@mirayya.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
Processing Fee
A ₹100 processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount for each returned item
Refunds
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
with photos and details. - We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, customised products, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
